Customer Service

Glenorchy City Council Customer Service Centre is open between 8.15am to 5.25pm Monday to Friday.

The Call Centre operates 8.15am to 5.25pm Monday to Friday and can be contacted on 6216 6800.

 

The Customer Service Counter operates from 8.15am to 5.25pm, and payments can be made until 4.45pm. After this time, the counter remains open for enquiries.

Glenorchy City Council Customer Service Centre provides professional and quality customer service so that outcomes for customers are achieved and positive. Our Customer Service Officers are motivated and passionate about their roles. We are the first point of contact for most frontline Council services and the Customer Service Centre is responsible for managing and / or facilitating customer contact whether the enquiry is in person, phone, correspondence, or on-line.

 

Our purpose is to provide exceptional frontline service by integrating service channels into a one-stop-shop by offering efficient service and best practice in service delivery.
