There’s plenty of room to run, play and explore at Tolosa Park!
Set against the foothills of kunanyi/Mount Wellington, Tolosa Park is one of Glenorchy’s much-loved outdoor destinations, with a huge amount of open space to enjoy.
The park offers a range of family-friendly facilities, including public toilets, BBQs, picnic tables, shelters for protection from the rain, water bubblers and fencing around the playspace.
The existing playspace is due to be upgraded in the 2026/27 financial year, with plans for a brand-new inclusive destination playspace featuring exciting play opportunities for children of all ages and abilities.
Until then, there’s still plenty to enjoy at Tolosa Park; from kicking a ball around the open grassed areas to exploring the walking trails, enjoying a family picnic or simply making the most of this beautiful parkland.
