Notice of Annual General Meeting

Glenorchy City Council’s 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Council Chambers on Tuesday 12 December 2017 commencing at 4pm.
 
The AGM will be held immediately after the Council meeting which commences at 2pm.

Glenorchy City Council Annual Report 2016-17
Council’s 2016-17 Annual Report will be tabled for discussion at the AGM.
You can view and a copy of the Annual Report here. Copies of the Annual Report are also available free of charge from Council’s Chambers at 374 Main Road, Glenorchy.
Members of the public are invited to lodge submissions on the Annual Report with Council for discussion at the AGM. Information on how to lodge submissions is set out below.

Submissions, Notices of Motion and Questions on Notice
Members of the public may submit written notices of motion, questions on notice, or submissions on the Annual Report, to be put at the AGM.
Submissions, motions and questions must be received by 12:00 noon on Thursday, 7 December 2017, and can be sent:
