We recognise that many Glenorchy residents and ratepayers are currently suffering from financial hardship due to the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis.

To make it easier to access immediate relief, we adopted an Interim Community Support Package to introduce new guidelines under our current Financial Hardship policy.

We also invited members of the community to share your stories on the Your Story website. We want to know how COVID-19 has affected you and about what it’s effects on your life, family, business and livelihood.
