Council assesses applications to ensure skip bins are positioned safely and do not create unnecessary risks or disruption to road users, pedestrians or nearby properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why you need permission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Skip bins placed on public land can create a range of safety and operational issues if not properly managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Council
