class=\"wp-block-heading\">When you report a problem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the following will happen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The work will be completed as soon as practical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The situation will be monitored with the work potentially completed at a later date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The problem is assessed as not meeting the intervention levels, under our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gcc.assets.ionatahosting.net\/uploads\/2026\/05\/GCC-Service-Levels.pdf\">service levels<\/a>&nbsp;(PDF) and no work will be done, but effort will be made to contact you to let you know.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The asset is not ours and so the work is not completed, but effort will be made to contact you to let you know.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To report an issue, send us an
