It may include laundry facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does my property qualify?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Properties in the General Residential, Inner Residential, Low Density Residential and Rural Living zones may be eligible. Check your property&#8217;s zoning using the <a href=\"https:\/\/planning.discovercommunities.com.au\/connect\/analyst\/mobile\/#\/main?mapcfg=glenorchy\">Glenorchy planning map<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do I need to apply?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed <a href=\"https:\/\/gcc.assets.ionatahosting.net\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Planning-Permit-Application.pdf\">planning application form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scaled site plan and building elevations (professionally drawn where possible, but competent sketch plans may be accepted) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current copy of title documents, including any easements (available via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelist.tas.gov.au\/app\/content\/home\">TheList<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Email your completed application to <a href=\"mailto:GCCmail@gcc.tas.gov.au\">GCCmail@gcc.tas.gov.au<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens next?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your application is lodged and assessment fees are paid, a Planning Officer will be in touch.
