Our Glenorchy newsletter

  

Our Glenorchy is a Council produced newsletter distributed seasonally four times a year to the Glenorchy community. Ratepayers automatically receive a copy as part of the rates notice schedule through their preferred paper or digital copies.

This newsletter is a way for us to stay connected, and share with the community what is going on in Glenorchy. We are a vibrant and growing city with some exciting projects in the pipeline. We want to stay in touch with you and make sure you know what is happening in your backyard and your city. You will find key articles of interest, project updates, roadworks and capital programs, as well as upcoming community events and local news. 

 

Where do I get a copy?

Ratepayers automatically receive a copy as part of the rates notice schedule through their preferred paper or digital copies (electronic sign up option below). If you don't receive a rates notice, all are welcome to sign up to have the newsletter emailed or collect a hard copy from these locations:

  • Council Chambers at 374 Main Road Glenorchy
  • Moonah Arts Centre at 25-27 Albert Road Moonah

 A PDF download is also available at the end of this page where you can access archived copies of previous editions.

 

For Ratepayers

As the primary ratepayer you will automatically receive a copy of the newsletter along with your rates notices and reminders four times a year. This will arrive as a paper copy in the post or delivered electronically to your email address. If you have paid in full or on a direct debit arrangement the newsletter will still be sent to you as a standalone communication to ensure you keep up to date with local news and events.

Want to go paperless?

You can sign up to have your rates notices and the newsletter sent electronically, choosing a low waste and more efficient method to receive Council correspondence. Please note that once you sign up to have your rates notices emailed you will no longer receive a paper copy.

If you do not currently receive a rates notice but you would like to receive the newsletter, all are welcome to sign up for electronic copies with the link below. This may be an option for some of our ratepayers who do not receive the rates notices (e.g properties with multiple owners).
