In doing so, you take on responsibility for managing weeds on that Council land yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A few things to note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your property is rented or leased, the property owner must be aware of and agree to the request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Council will periodically inspect registered properties to ensure weeds are being managed adequately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the area isn&#8217;t being maintained to a satisfactory standard, Council may resume responsibility and resume herbicide use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To register,
