Child Care Connections \u2013 Berriedale and Benjafield operate two long day care services offering education and care in both Berriedale and Moonah. We are approved to care for children from six weeks to five years of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our services are supportive and inclusive for all children. Children engage in learning that promotes confident and creative individuals, successful lifelong learners, and active and informed members of the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our learning programs are guided by the \u2018Early Years Learning Framework \u2013 Belonging, Being and Becoming\u2019 and the National Quality Standard (NQS). The curriculum is play-centred with a strength-based approach which enables the children to develop autonomy, responsibility and respect. Our learning spaces create an environment of joy, wonder and exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our services are approved and operate in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and adhere to policies and procedures to ensure best practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We liaise with other sectors, local agencies and allied health professionals to support children\u2019s learning and development. These collaborative partnerships also build educator knowledge, promoting community links and partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Educators continually reflect on their practices considering current and emerging information, standards and the needs of families and children who use the services.<\/p>\n\n\n
