About the program
Council periodically reviews its property portfolio to identify land and assets that are surplus to operational requirements.
Where appropriate, surplus land may be made available for:
- Sale
- Lease
- Development opportunities
- Expressions of interest (EOI)
All disposals are managed through transparent and competitive processes in accordance with Council policies and legislative requirements.
