It connects our day-to-day work with the long-term goals in Glenorchy City Council’s Strategic Plan and is supported through the annual Council budget.
What is in the Annual Plan?
Our Annual Plan details the projects, programs and services we will deliver throughout the year. Each activity is linked to a strategic priority and helps us work towards the outcomes identified in our Strategic Plan.
Progress reports
We report on our progress against the Annual Plan every quarter to keep our community informed about how projects and services are being delivered. Quarterly progress reports are available on the Documents and Publications page.

Budget alignment
The initiatives and services outlined in the Annual Plan are funded through Council’s annual budget. More information about Council’s budget is available in the Financial section.
