There’s plenty to discover at the Roseneath Reserve destination playspace in Austins Ferry!
Renewed as part of Glenorchy City Council’s Playspace Renewal Program, Roseneath Reserve features modern play equipment designed to encourage children to climb, swing, explore and have fun.
The Australian Government provided $1.5 million in funding, with $500,000 funding from Council.
The playspace is fenced, providing a defined area for children to play, and the reserve has plenty of facilities to make a family visit comfortable, including public toilets, BBQ facilities, picnic tables and shelter.
There’s also some fantastic equipment to enjoy, including a 25-metre flying fox, tower and slides, toddler play zone, bongo drums and an accessible wheelchair carousel.
With its range of play opportunities and family-friendly facilities, Roseneath Reserve is a great destination for families to play, relax and enjoy the outdoors in Austins Ferry.
