The Windermere Foreshore Boardwalk Upgrade has improved access and connectivity along the foreshore by delivering a renewed boardwalk and a new footbridge across Faulkners Rivulet, creating a continuous link to Curlew Parade.
The project enhances the safety, accessibility and enjoyment of this popular foreshore route, making it easier for residents and visitors to walk, cycle and experience the River Derwent waterfront. The new footbridge provides an important connection across Faulkners Rivulet, improving access between surrounding neighbourhoods and recreational areas.
