Annual General Meeting

Notice of Glenorchy City Council Annual General Meeting

Community members are invited to Glenorchy Council’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 6:00 pm on Monday, 9 March 2021 at the Moonah Arts Centre, 23-27 Albert Road, Moonah.

There will be a Special Council Meeting immediately before the AGM, commencing at 5:00 pm.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, numbers will be limited and bookings are required. Please register your intention to attend the AGM, either online by clicking the button below, or by calling (03) 6216 6322 during business hours.

The primary purpose of the AGM is to allow the public to ask questions about the contents of the Council’s 2019-20 Annual Report, and to provide an opportunity for Glenorchy electors to make any relevant motions for Council to consider at its next ordinary Council meeting on 29 March 2021.

Please note that if you will be attending both the AGM (6:00 pm) and the Special Council Meeting (5:00 pm) you will need to register separately for each (you can also register for the Special Council Meeting using the above link).

Submissions of motions and questions for the AGM have now closed. The AGM Agenda will be released by Friday, 5 March 2020.

You can request a hard copy of the Annual Report by visiting our Customer Service Centre at 374 Main Road, Glenorchy or by calling 6216 6800 during business hours.
