Public questions

15 Minutes is allocated near the beginning of each Council meeting for public questions.

Questions can be asked for public question time by presenting them in writing to Council at least
7-days before the Council meeting.

You can submit questions by:

  • using the online form, below
  • emailing them to gccmail@gcc.tas.gov.au
  • sending a hard-copy to the Manager Stakeholder and Executive, Glenorchy City Council, PO Box 103, Glenorchy Tasmania 7010

Or members of the public can attend a Council meeting in-person to ask their question(s).

Public questions received in writing (including through the form below) are acknowledged by the Chair of the meeting and either a response will be provided at the meeting, or the question will be taken on notice and a response provided in due course.
