15 Minutes is allocated near the beginning of each Council meeting for public questions.
Although meetings are currently closed to the members of the public, you are still able to submit any questions on notice for the meeting. You can submit questions by:
- using the online form, below
- emailing them to email@example.com
- sending a hard-copy to Executive Officer, Glenorchy City Council, PO Box 103, Glenorchy Tasmania 7010
Questions can be asked for public question time by presenting them in writing to Council by 12:00 noon two business days before the meeting. Late questions will be held-over until the next meeting.
Public questions received in writing (including through the form) acknowledged by the Chair of the meeting and either a response will be provided at the meeting, or the question will be taken on notice and a response provided in due course.
