Once your hall booking has completed, please fill out the following checklist to confirm that you have left the hall in the agreed condition, ready for the next hirer. If you do not complete the following checklist, we are unable to confirm that you have left the hall in an acceptable condition, which may result in your bond being held by Council if there are any cleaning or damage fees that need to be paid.
