Glenorchy City Council invites you and/or members of your club or organisation to attend a second FREE Volunteer Forum that we are hosting on Wednesday October 20th 9am to 1pm at KGV (includes lunch).
In July this year, we invited volunteer organisations to attend a forum to talk about the issues and challenges in recruiting people to volunteer and providing them with the right support.
Our goal for the October event is to have leaders in volunteering meet with smaller clubs and organisations who are developing or reviewing their volunteering processes or need some support.
You are invited to bring your volunteer handbooks/guides and onboarding procedures to the event to see where we might be able to collaborate or find opportunities to streamline processes. This is not compulsory but it may be useful for this forum.
