Community Budget Briefing 2022-23

Glenorchy City Council will hold its annual Community Budget Briefing on Thursday, 16 June 2022 at 4:30 pm, at Council’s Chambers in Glenorchy.

Glenorchy Mayor Bec Thomas and General Manager Tony McMullen will present an overview of Council’s
2022-23 budget and Annual Plan, including information about the process undertaken to develop the budget, the challenges Council is planning for, Council’s priority actions for the coming year, and what the upcoming budget will mean for you.

Council’s draft budget will released to the public on Wednesday, 15 June (the day before the briefing), to give community members the opportunity to ask questions of the Mayor and General Manager on the night.

The Community Budget Briefing will be live-streamed on Council’s website, Facebook Page and YouTube Channel. You can also attend in-person, however bookings will be essential. Book your place using the portal at the bottom of this page or by calling our Customer Service Team on 6216 6800.
